Stabilizer jacks

Just purchased a 2016 Salem Hemisphere 282rk. My front stabilizer jacks go down but they won't retract.
Also can you put grease on them.

I’ve always put white lithium grease on the threads of mine. Made it much easier to put up and down.

I use Blaster "Dry Lube" -- I bought it in a can at Home Depot and it works well for the jacks.

I use the dry lube also. Goes on wet, then turns dry. Grease is ok, but has a tendency to collect road dirt in a hurry. Stuff like crushed stone and sand will stick to it.

Yes, you can "grease" them with whatever lube you prefer.
Can you retract them with the manual crank?
When you try to retract them does the motor make any sound or attempt to run?

Is there any evidence of them being bent or damaged that you can see?

I can manually rise them with the hand crank but I can't hear the motor because the hand crank is on the opposite side of the trailer.
I bought some spray lube for the slide by 3 in 1, I sprayed under the slide out and then I sprayed the stabilizers.

Yes I sprayed them. I won't know if it helped until the 20th of May, that's when I will take it to the Shriners circus.

Great to hear you've solved your problem!

Thank you for circling back to let us know the outcome. Many posters don't do that and sometimes we never hear if the original poster solved their problem.
