Tire Chocks

I was wondering if anyone can provide any feedback on tire chocks, do they really stop the rig from swaying to and fro when parked.
I am considering purchasing a set for my fifth wheel.

I use x-chocks and JT strongarms front and rear and mine is very stable now. I'm going to be adding stair stabilization.

Until you get the weight off the springs, you will experience some movement no matter what device you use. X chocks help as do the device between the stabilizers but to stop movement, you have to have a solid foundation without springs. I went closer by installing a screw type stabilizer just in front of the tire's. Cranked real tight I get less movement.
