I went thru the same issue last year. Wound up going with the Maxxis 8008 ST. Have about 6000 miles on them now. They have done an excellent job of holding pressure while in storage. The temp rise is equal n all 4 tires when under way.

I lost three China bombs in three years. Slow learner. . But, I learned, eventually.

my 2 cents: go to a local tire dealer (preferably not a national chain). They'll help you more to determine what is best for you. it may cost a few more $$, but not having to deal with a blowout on a Saturday afternoon 300 miles into your trip is well worth the extra pennies!

Go with USA made Goodyear Endurance tires. I has two separate flats on my factory Castle Rock China bombs.

I just replaced all tires including the spare and purchased the TST507 TPMS.

You can't go wrong with the Goodyears.
