Tv for a 27dbud

Has anyone installed a tv in their dbud? Of course the dealer said a 32 would fit in the swing around compartment designed for it however when I measured the lcd I wanted its to big as well as the rest of the 32's at best buy. It looks like a 26 is the biggest that will go in there but with lots of left over room.

Also what mount have you used? The slide in mount like they sell at our camper world store dosent look like it'll work because of the recessed design.

Any ideas will be appreciated!

We have a 26" with an articulating arm mount. Our TV has a built in DVD player and the arm mount allows us to move the TV away from the wall to change DVDs.

Looks like that what I'm going to do also. Probably go with a led tv though since the old ps2 for rainy days will play dvds for the kids. Did you use a single arm or double arm mount? Any problems with it rubbing on the slide when its in? Oh and did you have to reinforce the mounting location or just use bolts?

Thanks for the info!

We used a single arm mount that was purchased from Overstock.com for $25. No extra reinforcement was needed. But we used shorter screws than what was supplied with the mount. The TV stays completely in the recessed cabinet when pushed in, and comes out a few inches to change the DVDs or to just swivel the TV into a better viewing position while sitting on the couch.
