Hi guys! Weekend camping trip cancelled due to the potential hurricane here in Florida so I figured I would use the spare time to mount a TV in the TT. I have a 2019 Salem FSX 179DBK and would like to mount a TV. I have a sticker that is noted "TV Backer". My question is what is behind that wall? How far out beyond the sticker is safe to mount a TV Mount? Anyone mounted a TV in this particular model? Thanks in advance!
Not your model, but the backer in my Cherokee, 2018 was larger than I figured it would be. Just sounding it by knocking on it, I estimated my to be around 18-20" x 18-20". I hung a 40" on the wall and used Lag bolts about 1/4" shorter than the thickness of the wall.

We are looking at this model TT. What size television did you go with?
Went with a 24" on an articulating arm. Honestly I probably wouldn't go bigger in this trailer. The trailer as a whole works well for our family. Easy to pull, fits in most campsites and the outdoor fridge is something I will make sure every TT I buy has. Great for 2-3 night trips. LMK if you have any other questions etc.
I mounted a 32” similar to the other pictures on a rotating mount. Works well. Wouldn’t go larger than a 32”. The mount I got off amazon locks so it doesn’t swing when moving.
How far from the cabinet and ceiling did you mount it? My sticker seems really close to the cabinet.
The sticker is typically just slapped on in a general location. I would knock around / use a stud finder to locate a stud in that area to find a location that is solid. Good luck!
