I bought a 408loft Grand Villa earlier this year from a dealer that is 3 hours away from our campsite. We have had several warranty issues and while they finally did send someone out to fix them, their reply was that we should be contacting the closest Salem dealer to fix these issues. (note, they are not the closest) Problem with contacting the closest Salem dealer is that This unit is NOT moving, nor do I have something to tow it. These dealers say they don't have traveling techs so they can't do warranty work! I don't mind paying a 80-100.00 travel fee to get someone to come out.
Now I have warranty issues before the 1 year warranty is up and I keep getting the runaround? How do, or where do, I contact Salem RV division to get to the bottom of this. Any help would be appreciated.
