What is inside the walls?

You can see what I have in my signature. I'm just wondering about stud spacing. I assume the walls contain wooden studs that I can use for attachment points. Are the windows centered between the studs? How far apart would they be beside the dinette (in the slide)? How thick are they?

Thanks in advance.

based on the pic I assume that is what they call a "stick and tin" trailer" some could have alluvium framing and not wood studs. I push on the walls, where the paneling flexes there is no stud. as you approach a stud the flex goes away.

I believe all studs are 24" centers.

Thanks. I had forgotten about that thread. Looks like 2 x 2 studs. That should work for me.

Look for small staples / nails in the wall board that will give you a good idea where and how far apart the studs are located.
