What is this?

What is this bolt for? It's on the edge of the slide, never noticed it until it wore a hole in my RV cover.

It looks like the bolt to adjust the tip of the slide.There should be two.

Looking at it again there is another bolt like this right by the axles. At least that one didn't wear a hole. Thanks.
