345RET Water Heater Location

I have a Sandpiper 345RET and we just love it. But I am now needing to winterize it. There is an access panel under the cabinets that get to the water filter. And based on the outside water heater panel I know the water heater is about a foot further back. But there is no access panel in the wall between the kitchen and the bathroom. So how do I get to the water heater to put it in bypass? Or if we ever needed to replace the water heater, how would we get to it?

I have to remove a panel in the cabinet to get to back of ours. I don't know if yours is the same but the panel I have to remove appears to be permanant until you look closely.

I found the water heater and bypass valves today. There is an access panel in the basement that allows you to reach the area. The access panel is hidden since it has the same carpet as the rest of the basement and the screws are the same color as the carpet.
