35ROK Mega slide malfunction

Mega Slide on our 2015 5ver (35ROK) apparently has malfunctioned again. Previously it started making a loud popping sound on the reefer end. It eventually jumped time and broke teeth on the drive gear. Had repaired only to have the loud popping noise begin again. Took it back to the shop and they realigned it and shimmed the rail to keep it from jumping time again but is making the popping noise when opening the slide. I am sure it will jump time again before we can get it back home. Anyone else have this problem and suggestions. Thanks

I wonder if your frame has gotten out of alignment/bent, causing the track, etc. to be mis-aligned?
