383rblok

New to the forum. Just bought any 18 383rblok. Came from a wildcat 28bhs that we owned for almost 11 years. Hope this one lasts as long. Just picked it up last week. Took it out for a quick weekend. Family really enjoyed it. Can't wait for our next trip already. Already found a few warranty issues, nothing too serious. Just a couple drawers and cabinet doors with issues and no water making it to the fridge. I think it is not connected under the belly.

Tried that. There is no water in the line. There is a drain valve under the slide and no water comes out when it is opened.

I recently purchased a 18 383rblok and am having the same problem. the icemaker is not receiving any water. I found the valve behind the draw but no water is feeding it. If you discover how to supply water to the valve please let me know.

Thanks
Matt

Still at the dealer. Couldn't get an answer yet as to why no water yet. Been there since early December.

If you have the docking station in the side compartment try removing the side or back cover. I have heard from others that there is a second shutoff valve in there.

The camper spent 3 months in the shop. When I called to check they said wer flipped the switch and it worked. I flipped my lid. Went and picked it up and off course it still doesn't have water. There is no water making it to the pipe. I don't think the water line is connected under the camper. The drain valve where the line comes out of the frame to the slide out had no water. I am going to drop the belly pan to see what is going on. The photo is with the slide out in. Click image for larger version

They also obviously didn't winterize the fridge or that waterline. But since no water had been in the line I guessed that it was ok. They obviously never hooked it up to water to test it. Customer service at its best.

Ding, Ding, Ding! We have a winner! Why in the world is the dealer not aware of this? Customer service? Quality control? Not to mention the 3 pages of warranty repairs that were needed. And now on top of that we have a hydraulic leak.

It is sad that the dealers don't have a clue or really care. Your best bet is to educate yourself by using the knowledge base contained in this forum. There are a lot of people who can and will help. Good luck and
