Mystery Switch
I have a 2015 Sandpiper 35ROK.

Can anyone help me identify what the right hand switch in the photo controls?

The left hand switch controls the light above the galley island FWIW.

The switch operated a light in the closet as you come in the door...The closet light also had a switch and it was off...

In my bathroom, one switch is for the overhead lights and the other is the floor night-light.
