New Sandpiper Dealer

Looking for Sandpiper dealer in the mid-west. Wanting to purchase a new 2022 unit. Can you suggest a good/fair dealer?

Hello!
We just bought a new 2021 Sandpiper 379FLOK. It is our third new 5th wheel. We were very disappointed in the Dealerships service. The last two were very great, not so much anymore. They have the supply and demand advantage now. So do as much research as you can. We are from Nebraska, and bought from a nation wide dealer, and the whole experience was terrible. Not sure what you mean by Mid-West, just buy-be-ware.

According to Wikipedia, "Mid-West" includes Ohio, so I would recommend where I bought mine after much research: Holman RV in the SE Cincinnati area (Batavia, Ohio.)

They beat RV Wholesalers (Lakeview Ohio) on a cash deal, but RVW offers an interesting financing option coupled to a very competitive price, worth investigating.

Sandpiper also consider Sierra

One year ago now, We found the RV we wanted, a Sandpiper 2990-TRIK. We drove about 1.5 hours to a local dealer fully expecting to purchase the one on their lot. Long story short.... they were not willing to deal with us in a reasonable fashion. So I shopped around and found identical Sandpiper 3 states away and negotiated a very fair deal over the phone. I intended to travel there and drive it home. However it was middle of winter and I did not want to travel my first time w/ RV over winter roads.....
LONG STORY SHORT....
We found exact same RV under Sierra brand one state away and negotiated an even better deal over the phone/internet. You DO have some (more) negotiating leverage against (some) unreasonable dealers if you consider both brands. I saved thousands of $. One year later and 11 camping trips in now and we LOVE our RV!

Thanks Halfmast, I'm talking to Lakeview right now. Holman a few miles away has not be very responsive and low ball on used Sandpiper.

RV Bicyclist - Yes aware of Serria, basic a twin built on same line. May I ask who the dealer is you purchased?

We bought our 2017 Sandpiper 378FB from Holman RV and they were excellent to work with, but that was pre-covid.
