OTR Vent Door

We just bought a NEW 2013 Sandpiper. Could you advise on how the heck to get the over range vent door, on the outside of coach, open. It is not like the old ones. Appreciate your response. We are newbies on this sight.

Hello, There are two little plastic clips inside the vent. Just slide them to open the external flapper.

I am familiar with that style, however, this one doesn't have that. I have owned the style you are talking about, this is totally different. Thanks for the input, and anything else you can come up with.

OTR Vent Door

Have owned them like that in the past, but this one is totally different. So appreciate the response and welcome anymore regarding this issue. Guess I'll have to call the dealer AGAIN.

Is it like the last post in this thread? Mine is like this and is very hard to open. Gets easier as time goes by. I just pry the tabs out..

Ours is the newer door and was hard to open when new too but the clips do get easier to open with time.
