running lights

I have tried to jump my plug so that when camping I can have my running lights on. I have read the forums but jumping the 11 o'clock and one o'clock does not work. My lights work fine when plugged in to my truck. I am new to camping please help.

Good mod if you want to upset your neighbors, but ok if you're boon docking and leave your camper at night.

seems like my neighbors like the look because when I leave mine on while we are outside they always come up and ask how I did it. I always have a spare wire with terminals all ready made up that I just give them. one weekend I made up 6 and gave them all away.

The lights actually aren't that bright- and don't seem to disturb anyone-far dimmer than most of the led light strips that others use

I carry a spare two prong flasher with me so if I ever had to leave the trailer on the road I just plug in to the + and tail terminals on the plug and make all the markers flash.
