Sandpiper 360PDEK remote

I got a remote with my new Sandpiper 360PDEK that has an "up" arrow and a "down" arrow. No one seems to know what this remote is for. Any sandpiper owners have an idea?? I've tried everything I can think of and it doesn't seem to move anything.

I tried that but unless there is a switch I don't know about, it doesn't move it.

If you have an outside Kitchen with a TV it will be for that one. It will raise it up and down.

I have the outside kitchen with the tv but it doesn't seem to work with it either? Don't know if there's a switch that would let it work or what? I've tried it with the tv up or down but doesn't seem to work?

Others have said it is for tv lift. Battery may need to be changed.

There are switches in our outside kitchen but I haven't used them. Maybe it needs new batteries. When we bought ours a couple of weeks ago my husband kept pushing the button and we could hear something outside and that's what it was.

I tried a new battery but still nothing. I guess I'll just add that to the list of the many things that wasn't right with the new rv They are to come and fix several things so I'll have them look at this also.

It is for the TV in the outside kitchen. Absolutely useless in my opinion. There is a switch on the right hand side of the kitchen to raise and lower the TV. I put our remotes in the junk drawer.

Probably would never use it but I hate to have something that doesn't work! There's a LOT of remotes in this thing for sure.

I have the same remote in my 371REBH. It is for the TV in the living space in my unit. It does not work either.. you can see the lift controls light up when you depress the up/down arrows but the mechanism does not respond. Dealer has no idea how to fix.
If you or your dealer figures out the fix please let us know. It is useless but should still work..
