Sandpiper 3660 MB Kitchen Island

I just purchased a 2021 Sandpiper C-Class 3660MB. The floor is solid everywhere in the camper, except for the main walkway between the dining room slide and the kitchen island. The floor feels bouncy there, and walking through normally (not running and jumping like my 6 year olds do), causes the floor to flex and the kitchen island to shake violently back and forth.

The salesman said this is normal, but it sure doesn't feel normal. The floor is solid everywhere except for right there.

Any one have experience with this problem or a resolution?

Our 3440 BH has a slight bounce. It’s more than likely where the duct runs under the floor. Kinda a poor design but most campers have the same issues somewhere in the floor.
