Well, now its official, after two months Open Roads RV has our unit ready for pick up! Hooray, now we can get to my mothers 94th birthday in Jackson, Ms.!

Well.......,,,,,, a disheartening thing happened with our 37.9 FLOK which means it's back in the shop for more, can you say more hydraulic problems! I just can't believe this is happening. I'm documenting all this to possibly file a lemon law procedure!

Sorry to hear it. FR isn't doing a good job with QC or customer service in my opinion.

I've been in touch with them since February and the only person with any since at all is Heather Gills
