That is the DRY weight or as shipped weight. The published PW on my last 5er was 1705 and ready to camp was well over 2300. My Montana published weight is around 2300 and ready to camp is approaching 3000#. Most suggest forgetting that number and taking the gvwr of the 5er times 20% to be in the ball park. Then adding for everything, including the hitch and people going in the truck. From that number see if you have anything left over from the CCC number on the yellow sticker.

I towed my 376BHOK for several trips with my 2002 2500HD duramax. No issues what so ever. I did just recently purchase a dually, as I found a smoking deal on a 2001 (and I am a truck border). I still plan to use the 2500hd some but the dually will be used most of the time.

There is a poster on here that pulls a Sandpiper with a 1500 Dodge. I wouldn't recommend it, but he said he was getting by.

Yes that was me. 2017 376BHOK pulled by a 2010 Ram 1500. Obvious suspension upgrades but it did pull and stop just fine. I did recently purchase a SRW 2015 F350 diesel that seemed to do a better job but honestly other than the power difference they really seamed to pull the same.

Oh I know... it's all good.... I would still be pulling it with my Ram but the ole girl had 170k on her and I could not stop thinking about those rear axle shaft sizes and them little wheel bearings with a 2300 lb pin weight. Other than that pulled our camper about 3500k successful miles with no break downs "on the truck" camper is another story...

If nothing else had a ton of people come up just to make conversation and take pics. Lol
