Took our camper to the dealer last week for some warranty repair. While there I over heard talks about the FR tech "hotline" where you can call and troubleshoot problems over the phone. Sure would have been helpful when our furnace went out during the winter. The number is 574.534.3167. Also found out that our dealer (1.5 hrs away) works with mobile techs and was given a recommendation for one that does warranty repairs. Might ask your dealer if they work with any, sure would save wait time with your unit in the shop and the hassle of going to the dealer.
