Slide issues with my Sandpiper

Hello I am new to the this site. I hope someone can help. We have a 2017 Sandpipper 5thwheel. 3 of our slides work off of one switch. the kitchen slide works fine but the other side of kitchen and bedroom will not retract. Battery is good. We have replaced converter with 4 stage and now we don't know where to go from here. Can anyone help?

Welcome to the forum!

Have you by any chance turned the black knobs that control each slide hydraulics?

They are small round knobs usually found in the basement around your water input and such.

Mine look like this...make sure they are open..fully ccw.

Would they be inside the camper? I do not see them outside.

If you haven’t seen them then it is not likely you turned them. You may not have them but usually they are in the driver’s side basement.

Does the motor keep running but the slide does not retract? Does the motor bog down? Have you checked the fluid level?

The fluid reservoir will e where the motor located. Have someone press the button and listen for and find the motor. Again, usually in the basement. Maybe someone with the same RV will chime in...
