It is the TV lift remote, I had the same issue. Problem is it is NOT programed but not hard to correct. First lower your TV with the switch which should be mounted on the side wall of the compartment where the TV lift is located. Next look up at the lift mechanism and you'll see the receiver which is screwed to the mechanism at the top (it should have an antenna wire coming out of it. Remove the receiver (2 screws) do not disconnect wiring to it. Turn the receiver over to expose the inside of it and you will see a small white button inside. Push the button and release it next push a button on the remote. Everything should work.
