Washing machine plumbing problem

Is there a water shut off for the washing machine connection in a sandpiper? My hot and cold lines are both leaking. Also any suggestions on reparing it. They are both leaking where the hose goes on to the valve. Click image for larger version

Try cutting off the cinch clamps that are on currently and replace with screw drive type hose clamps. Hard to tell what fitting type in the picture but most RVs have braided tubing like you have incorrectly used with PEX fitting. This combination is prone to leaking because the braided tubing has a larger ID than PEX tubing and the cinch clamps used will only tighten to a pre-determined point. It is unlikely the factory would install any shut-offs valves although they are easy to add if desired.

You can take a side cutter pliers and cut off the ear of the cinch clamp. Then you can pull it off. Then you can put on the hose clamp and tighten it up.

In your first picture - it appears to me that the hose isn't fully pushed onto the valve.

Also - try repositioning both hoses further up on the valves and re-tightening the clamps.
