‘05 sierra sport king pin box make??

Hey all!
I have a 2005 Sierra Sport f38 5er (no slides/pass through. no garage). My king pin box has no markings or identifiers on it at all. I visited the etrailer page to identify the type by measuring and am still having a hard time. I need to find the make to match a capture plate for my pullrite hitch. Anyone know what it may have come with? possibly a lippert??

Anyone with this model or anyone else with idea let me know!!

I wouldn't be surprised if it is a 1621. I don't know but here is a Lippert link to help figure it out.

Here is the Pullrite info to measure up your plate if you could not match it by the bolt layout I sent you on Facebook. This can be done with a tape measure and 3 different measurements. If you have to do one of the universal kits listed as the last 2 there may be some welding.

Also 5th wheels in that Era may not have a cab relief and on certain trucks may still hit the cab. Always measure out and double check....... QCCP Chart `3-17-2017.pdf
