30RLSS entry door glass sliding down

The frosted glass pane in our entry door is sliding down into the cavity. It's down maybe 3" right now. I used some wide tape to hold it in place for now.

First question: Do I need to remove the entry door and place it on a flat surface before removing the many window frame screws?

Second question: Do I just use silicone caulk to reset the glass pane in the frame? It seems like the frame itself should secure the glass, but I have no idea.

Nice camping this weekend, but glad the camper has good A/C!
