Bent gray water pull

The design of where he forward gray water tank pull is under the water filter. The filter blew off a couple times as it wasn’t seated properly. Thus bending the open/close rod. Now the gray water is stuck in open position. Does anyone know how difficult it is to replace the valve handle?

Is the "bottom" of your RV enclosed? If so, you'll simply need to either drop the material covering the bottom, or cut holes in it, (not my recommendation) and trace the cable from the handle to the valve. Once you determine the length of cable you can purchase a replacement cable and install it to correct the problem.

Those damm water filter housings. Mine popped of and took out the summer/winter Valve. It’s usually because it’s not seated all the way. I Replaced the whole assembly and the valve. The newer style locks in better. To be safe do not pressurize without a filter I it.
