Control Panel

All icons except one has disappeared on the control panel. We cannot retract the awning, check tank levels, etc. Even my phone app now has a blank screen. Has anyone had this happen? If so how can we correct this? Not good on Labor Day weekend!

It’s a 2019 Sierra 379 FLOK. The control panel is a LCI. I’ll take a picture of the tablet when I get back later. Sure hope you can help.

Hello, most of the time just rebooting the control panel will fix any problems. It might take a couple of reboots though. Also, using the battery disconnect switch to reboot 12v system helps too. I've heard of people having issues with the actual connections to the panel coming loose or damaged. Hopefully that's not your case.
Hope this helps

All is well now. I turned the battery disconnect switch on and monitor is now working. On my MH when we were connected to shore power we turned the disconnect switch off. Does that hold true for a 5th wheel?

On my Motorhome, I leave the disconnect in the ON position when I am connected to shore power. Recharged the batteries and I can run 12v appliances.

Thanks Alan. That is good to know. We disconnect because we assumed it would overcharge the house batteries when we had our Georgetown.
