My first SWAG is to check that you've go at least 12v feeding the switch on the control panel. If that is OK my 2nd SWAG is a poor ground in the circuit(s). We have a 2014 FR Sierra 5th wheel. The control panel should be held in place by 4 screws. Pull the panel out gently - there are a lot of wires behind the panel (should be all 12v). You'll need a voltmeter/resistance meter to check 12v and continuity to a good metal ground (the frame is best, but may not be easy to connect the meter to).
If you are unsure abou doing this yourself, ask around in an RV park. There is always some sucke...., er good neighbor, who can probably help.
Hope this helps.
