Fridge not cold enough

Ok everyone, I have a domtic dm2852rdx fridge in my 06 301bhd the fridge was replaced in 2012. The freezer gets to about 10 deg but the fridge will only get to mid 40's if the door is shut and not opened for a day. While camping last weekend in Pa it was in the mid 50's, outside temps were relative in 70's-80's. I've since added a baffle to rear of fridge to make clearance about 3/4", added a 90cfm fan in the rear center of fridge to help ventilation, checked heating element is putting out 325 watts, checked thermistor resistance is approx 2300 ohms when off and approx 9209 ohms while running with no usage (41 deg when checked). It also stays at same temp when on lp. I'm clear out of options and looking for some help. I really don't know what to do next.

it may be the thermistor sensor wire is bad. That wire that clips on the vents at back of the fridge. You can replace it or I suggest a product called "snip the tip." which works great!

Good Luck!
