We just purchased a 2014 Sierra luxury destination travel trailer, we never received a walk tru like we were promised so now we are trying to figure things out on our own.
We are trying to figure out how to get to the water heater by pass valves, I believe they are behind the Kitchen cabinet drawers, we cant figure out how to get the drawers out, can someone please explain. Model 402QB Thank You Very much Kelly Birt
I'll take a shot in the dark on the drawer slides. On most of the ones I've seen including ours, there is a small black piece on each drawer slide. I have to hold one up, and one down with my fingers and that will release the drawer to come out. If I were home I'd take a picture. I'm not familiar with your model, so that makes it a shade difficult.

Any possibility the drawer slides are like these? Ours has that black tap that you push up or down to release.

No but they do have little black latches on them, I tried pushing them both up and both down, but I didn't try pushing them in opposite direction of each other. I will have to try that on Sat when I go up to the campground. Thank you and I will let you know how I make out after the weekend!
Ok. Keep us posted. Even once you have the little tabs in release position, you'll have to give the drawer a little tug while holding them.

Shame shame on your "so called" dealer!
Pdi is your single most IMPORTANT interaction with your dealer to not only show you how things work properly but also to find defects in your trailer!
At this point if you find something wrong with the trailer now the dealer can "say" it was fine when it left them it must be user error.
Many many people find defects from the factory and get them fixed before payment is received.
I hope you don't find anything major.
i wouldn't have taken the trailer until i got a proper and complete PDI.
lot of these dealers bully and intimidate new owners.

Good pictures Bigjohnd. I'm thinking there may be a cover or panel in a cabinet somewhere that can be removed to access the WH also. But not having that unit, I don't really know.
Kbert, call your dealer while its business hours and ask him for advice. May be a simpler way.

Thanks for the pictures!
I'm not the OP but I couldn't figure out how to remove the drawer in my unit so I could rescue my container of toothpicks that didn't stay in place during travel.
