Looking for some wiring help

I have a 2015 saq365. I want to install a Fan-Tastic fan in the front bedroom. The unit came pre wired for a 2nd AC, I took the decorative cover of the ceiling vent, I found the outlet for the ac along with the thermostat wires. I dug as deep as I could but I can't find a 12 volt source for a Fantastic Fan. I'm not sure if I should pull 12 volts off the ceiling lights, If that wiring is heavy enough. I don't want a overload. Any input is very helpful. Thanks

Had the dealer install a Maxx Air in the lite they fished wire to ne nearest light.

If the Fan is on I just do not use the light it is powered off of.
