Manual slide question

Anyone know where the nut is to manually retract the slide on a sierra 378fb?

Just curious as to whether you have a single switch running all your slides? If so, and the other slides have closed, spinning the pump may not work. You may have a physical obstruction.

Do the other slides move ok?? If so the solenoid for that slide might be stuck.

If none work look in the compartment where the pump is and you will see an in-line fuse, check it.

Batteries show charged but we think that it must be a battery problem also. Thanks!
