OneControl Gateway

I have a 2021 Sierra 391flrb. I'm having trouble locating the OneControl Gateway. I'm receiving a signal but cannot find the device to scan the QR code to access its features from my phone.
Does anyone know where it is located?
I looked in every cabinet, no label on them either with the code and I removed the access panels in the craw through and no luck

Hello, yeah - usually you will find it inside a cabinet. It's a sticker with the password and QR code. Have you looked inside all the manuals that came with your trailer? Maybe they left it in the One Control manual. Hope this helps

Bummer, I would get in touch with your dealer. Maybe they put the sticker in an unusual place.

Just keep looking. The sticker will be on the router itself. Dealer has nothing to do with it.
I have found my friends routers in several different areas. It has to be there

I guarantee you its inside either a cabinet or closet, but it'll be mounted in one that'll be higher up for best signal coverage in your RV.

Try in your front storage locker near to the levelling control module, usually on the ceiling.
