Sierra 397 MKOK black water issue

Hi there
I have a 2017 Forest River Seirra 387 MKOK . Does anyone know about the black tanks 1 and 2.
I can't get the black tank to drain. Help me please.

On my 2016 there are the black and gray pull handles at the control center. There are three other handles on the frame rail at the back over the drain pipe. Make sure they are closed before removing the cap. My dealer left them open for me!

I do. There are two gray and one black handle at the rear of the trailer on the frame rail. You have to look under the side and you will see it. I believe it is the galley gray, rear bath black, and the gray for the rear bath. I think the outside kitchen sink is tied into one of those as well

5 holding tanks total. It is nice on long trips but takes forever at the dump stations

Okay I'll check that. You have helped so much. The dealer and Forst River said they didn't know.
If I can't find it can I message you and perhaps send a pic of what I have

Here you go. This is behind the tires on the side with the drains.

Thank you so much! I found the levers for the black 2 and the galley and grey 2 because of your help. I so appreciate it. I've been trying to get answers fur over 2 weeks from camping world and forest River and you saved me from having to pull it back for hours.
Thank you again!

The outdoor kitchen on our 381RBOK is tied to the rear gray. When the kids fill that tank taking bathes it backs up out there too.

Pretty typical of most CWs.

Another question on the 387 MKOK

The spray hose quick connect on the door side isn't working. I can't get water to come out. Any ideas on why? Water comes out on the one on the other side that have the faucet to turn it on. However the one on the other side won't work.
Thanks!
Jenny

Honestly the camping world near me is not very swift. I still don't have keys to two of my outside compartments and I purchased my camper in Feb and it's now May.
Thanks again for all your help!

Not sure about the spray hose. Check all the obvious things first. Make sure the hose is completely plugged in. Make sure the faucet is on. Could have a small piece of debris.

I had a problem with mine after it froze. It has pressure as soon as you hook it up to city or turn the pump on. When mine froze part inside got jammed and had to be reseated. NOW another issue is it could have crap in the lines. I've had to clear wood chip and such out of my second bathroom toilet line more than once......... Either way you'll have to remove the fitting from the line and check inside.

I also had a similar problem as chop249 on my travel trailer before the Sierra. It was stuck but I could not get the hose to connect. You can take a screwdriver and put it in the inside diameter of the fitting and tap it with a hammer. Don't go crazy and smack it though.

I did that too but still got very little flow. Ultimately had to open it up. I'd certainly try the screwdriver and hammer first if I were you Jenny.

Okay I have a new issue. I have the Forest River Sierra 387 MKOK and it has yucky smell sometime right by the steps and when I open the cabinet with the lights and controls it smells inside. I know it sounds crazy but it smells like the yuck smell of the black. Anyone else have this issue? This camper is making me crazy.
