Slide outs frozen

I bought a 2000? Sierra with two slide outs. Neither one will budge. This is to be my permanent home. I have sprayed WD-40 underneath on the rails. Still no movement. I also was searching for an owners manual. But I am supposed to move into this in a week. I really need help!

Are your slides electric or hydraulic? Do you hear a clicking or humming noise when you push the button? Are the battery(s) charged and are you plugged into shore power?

Check all the 12v fuses. They can be standard or resettable. There should be one in the main fuse block and are usually some between the battery and and whatever type slide motor you have. Usually close to the battery.

Also, if you have no one to help you and are in a time crunch, you might Google a mobile RV repair service in your area.
