Just bought a 372LOK. Was wondering how other people secures the master bedroom sliding closet doors when traveling. When we picked it up the dealer had to replace the bottom guide on one door, when we got it home both doors were laying on the bed and the other bottom guide was broke. Have searched the internet and have found better made guides, but was wondering what solutions other people have found.
We have a 2017 343RSOK, our closet has a latch that holds the doors together when traveling, it is U shaped where one side is longer than the other on one door and a receiving hole on the other door. In addition there are locking posts at the top of both doors at each end. If you don't have these you might want to head back to the dealer and look at some other units. It appears you are missing some parts.
Mine is the same. But. the cheap plastic guides at the bottom allow the doors to slip out and then the bottom of the doors can swing freely. I thought someone may have found a better way to secure the doors when traveling.
I have the 357TRIP and noticed the same flimsy clips on the bottom and had one door come off so i am thinking about replacing them with something and haven't decided what that would be.

Perhaps some steel corner brackets placed back to back would be more sturdy. They would be higher to prevent jumping out. I would also dip coat them with rubber available at Lowe's or some other hardware store.
I notice the same thing on my 2018 372 lok. Specifically, the right door is always out of the track when I get where I'm going. I was thinking it may be the placement of the plastic track? Haven't fully investigated it yet.
Our sliding closet doors are about an inch thick and the guides at the bottom were probably 1 3/4 inches thick so it gave them lots of play. Only once (in two months) have they actually jumped out and come off the rail at the top.
