2011 Wildcat302 5th wheel toilet leaking

My toilet is leaking where the top tart is connected to the base part as seen in this photo. How do I go about addressing this leak....is there a replaceable seal or just use silicone or caulk to seal the joint?Click image for larger version

That looks like a Dometic 310 toilet.

I don't see any parts lists that shows that seal. Maybe someone will come along that knows if it's replaceable.
