There is a window above the dinette in our 2011Wildcat 5th wheel that light comes through in morning waking us up a daybreak. Does anyone else have this problem and if so, what did you do to alleviate the problem...details please....Click image for larger version

Go to the hardware store and buy some reflectix. Cut it to size and cover the window with it.

You must be light sleepers.

Do not have the problem in our Wildcat. May I suggest applying some window film avail at an auto shop or home improvement store. Happy camping.

We had something similar in a previous trailer. I am a light sleeper. As cavie suggested I made a curtain valance using a pretty tea towel, a light curtain rod and a couple of command hooks.

We have the same window. We wish when we ordered the 5th have it deleted. Interferes with the slide topper. Also had it it tinted real dark to eliminate some of the light.

Window

For tint try the Limo static cling. Easy to remove if you need to and easy to install in multiple layers as needes. Recomended by all Vampires.

We have the exact same window over the dinette. Our bed is in the front though so with the door closed there is no light interfering with our sleep

It will look tacky but you can always tape some tinfoil over the window. NO light will get in.

I did that years ago when I was working nights and sleeping days.

Maybe not, but it is not because it does not work. It has three wonderful qualities:

FAST
EASY
CHEAP

and let me add the best:

EFFECTIVE
