The online info is correct. I just measured mine a few min ago and it was 12' 6" from the driveway to the top of the AC shroud. I'm going to have to remember that, I don't want to be this guy... 11foot8 bridge removes A/C from camper - YouTube

Mine is 13'-3" to the top of the second AC over the front bedroom.....
