31qbh tire size

It came with 225/75 15’s has anyone changed over to 255/65 16’s? I ask because I can get these in e rated for an extreme deal. Can it fit has anyone tried?

using this below I find

https://tiresize.com/calculator/

15 inch tires/wheels are 28.3 inches in diameter
16 inch tires/wheels are 29.1 inches diameter

now need measurements from trailer axles... remember to account for spring bounce at the top of the tires on the trailer

I was using a calculator also and found the overall. I haven’t had the camper down the road other then when I bought it out of Rhode Island. My thoughts are as long as the distance from top of tire to closest interference doesn’t change between the 2 to much it should be good correct. I love the idea of going from d rated to e.

the tires may be cheap but also account for needing new 16 inch wheels to mount the tires on, X 5 including the spare you can certainly find 15 inch tires in e rating

If you got a good deal, and you have the room, go for it. Of course that will entail 5 tires, and five 16" wheels.

It’s a set of 5 wheels and tires. I know I can get 15” e rated that’s what is on my enclosed trailer. Deal is so good I’ll be getting them and putting them on that or the camper. Both need tires but I’d like the best sent in the camper. And put the camper tires on the enclosed trailer. Either way something’s getting new 16” tires and wheels
