Are roof vents prewired for 12 VDC?

I am looking to install two Maxxair roof vent fans in the kitchen and bedroom area of my 262RGX. Especially in the bedroom, as there is no cross ventilation there. I am trying to determine if the bedroom and kitchen roof vents are prewired for 12 VDC, or not. Has anyone done the replacement on their units and if so, were there unforeseen problems? I am considering purchasing the units myself, and having the dealer install them as they are significantly cheaper form Amazon.com.

Mine are not pre-wired, however, power wires for the lighting in both bedroom and kitchen is easily accessible. I have a 282RKS.
