Has to be a serious alignment issue. Assuming they are the correct or even close tires.
You can spot check for a toe with a piece of wood with a couple nails and some paint...easy to google.
You could spot a seriously bent axle with a string from hub to hub and comparing the axles.

Maybe they are driving 30000+ miles. Ha ha

Have him take it to this place for a laser alignment and give us a full report when done. http://www.larrystrailersales.com/de...p?page=service

What kind of axles are under it? Does it have leaf spring suspension?

we had to have ours after we got the 282rk thing new laser alignment, it was way out alignment, that fixed that problem. the one axle was out alignment enough to make it eat tires after the first trip. we took it to a shop that does alignments on trucks and rvs. seem like it was couple hundred for both axles but cheaper than replacing tires every year.
