Basement doors discoloring - Turning Yellow

I have a 2007 32 QBBS, love the camper, but all of the exterior basement doors are turning an ugly shade of yellow. Anyone ran into this before? Any ideas on a fix, other than having to buy new doors?

I have found that the plastic trim around the windows in the entry door fade to yellow. I use a chemical called EXITS that I buy from my RV store. I wet the trim with water then spray EXITS on the surface then use a soft brush on the trim and it turns white again. I use EXITS to wash my camper with.
I just found a new cleaner that works great as well but cheaper. I am experimenting with it before I post the product, some may be using it, but have not seen it mention on the Forum. The next test is to see how it removes salt from the camper, yes thats right salt we are headed to the Eastern Shore for a week. I will post the product after this test if it works....

Thanks for the reply.
It is the actual door turning "yellow". It isn't from oxidation like you typically see on gel coat. I am a clean freak when it comes to my vehicles and keep all of my vehicles (including the 5th wheel) washed and waxed. It is almost like a Uv protector has gone away. It really bugs me.

I'm having the same problem on my 2002 wildcat 5th wheel, it only seems to be yellowing the doors on one side of the trailer the other side is still bright like the rest of the trailer. Only thing I can see is UV light breaking down the finish it would be nice to bring them back the way they were, if there is such a product.

How about masking off the doors and using the plastic spray paint? Would that work??? I used it on our sprinkler system's setup thats hanging on the house, I sprayed it white and its held up for yrs now and you wouldn't know I even painted it.

Same problem, but only one door and the outside speaker covers. I replaced them. Now the window trim is turning yellow.

I have bought a ZEP product from Home Depot it comes in a gallon jug & is orange colored that works well at removing the yellowing you are talking about. I am out at this time so can't give you the item/product number.
There are several citrus based cleaners that Wal~Mart sells & I am tempted to try one of them.
