bolts on floor in bedroom

Does anyone know what these bolts belong to in the bedroom on a wildcat 295rsx? It is located on the opposite wall of the slide on the outside wall on the floor.

I have the same bolts although I don’t know what they secure. I have to tighten the one closest to the bedroom door about every 4th/5th trip. Mine don’t stick out as far as yours.
