2016 wildcat maxx 26fbs where are the water heater bypass valves located

They are almost certainly adjacent to the water heater.

Look close to the water heater on the inside of the RV. You may need to remove a panel to gain access the winterizing valves. These panels are typically held in place with screws in the corners.
