I'm 99.9% sure the answer is no. I've only ever seen very high end RVs come with a power protection device of any sort. Progressive Industries EMS series is what you want.

If it did, it would most likely be listed in the sales brochure for it, as that would be a good selling point.

You can find these online at the Forest River website.

A while ago I chased this down when someone asked what their "AESS" was. Turns out that Intellitec has an automatic module https://www.amazon.com/Intellitec-00...=1&*entries*=0 that manages an issue like this. In fact, there is an electrical code requirement that you cannot install more than 5 breakers on a 30 amp panel if there are two or more thermostatically controlled loads (A/C, H/W, reefer) without one. This unit will automatically shed a load (your electric hot water heater) when something else (microwave?) cycles up and shares the same 20 amp breaker. If it has more that 5 breakers on a 30 amp panel, A/C, electric HW and residential reefer...and was made after 2012, it should have one.

Have seen a system like this where the display/control panel was marked "power line". No control, no system!

that is a different system from Intellitec. This one is at https://www.amazon.com/Intellitec-00...rds=intellitec

From the looks of the documentation, it is buried behind the breaker panel and has no real controls or displays. Just sheds one load in favor of the other.
