HELP

I had some delamination work done on my 2010 31ts WILDCAT.
Camping world put and 8" door holder on the baggage door under the bedroom slide. It requires a 10" the way it came from the factory.
The slide caught the door when I closed it. I need pictures of the of
the door open showing it has clearance for the slide to open and close.
They are saying it didn't come with a 10" arm and don't want pay for their mistake. TIA Doug

I found a photo here in their array: 2010 Forest River Wildcat 31TS Fifth Wheel Johnstown, CO RV America Inc. | RV Sales Colorado | RV Dealer CO

Maybe that will work?

Basement doors on my Wildcat open sideways so not sure it will help in this case, but here's one of mine:
