As mentioned floor may need to be removed to replace grey tank. You need to make sure they actually replace tank and not just say it was done. If I were you I would not take this one.

We also had a screw drilled into our fresh water tank on our new 327re. Dealer promptly replace or tank. Then after we had it for about 3 months the factory called me and said that they think my 327 has a bad batch of glue used on the floor. They came and picked it up and took it to the factory and then confirmed mine was victim to the bad glue. Dealer replaced my 327 with another one and gave me fresh warranty.
Factory found a problem and took care of it as they should.
