Roof Replaced

I had the roof on my 2016 Wildcat 327ck last Feb/Mar by the dealer where I purchased it a year ago. It was covered under warranty due to screws pointy end up under rubber membrane and screws loose debris under membrane. So my problem now is there are bubbles under new roof. The dealer assured me when I picked it up they would go away after a few hot weather days...its been 5 months and they are actually worse. Click image for larger version

Trying to get dealer to document new warranty in writing and am reaching out to wildcat rep for assistance.

That looks BAD to me! I would insist on a redo, probably at the factory.

Yes on replace. You are still under warranty so push your dealer and perhaps FR. Where did you purchase?

Tom Johnson now Camping World in concord nc. The service rep has been pretty good to deal with and so far I'm not too disappointed with the dealer or the RV, in fact we love our wildcat and have already made some great memories in it. Talked to FR rep and he assured me that they paid the dealer very well for the new roof, so I'll keep pressing them to make it right.

We were out camping in July here in Texas and I went on the roof of our Windjammer 3001w to set up the satellite dish. I walked it up toward the front out of the way of trees, and realized my roof membrane was all wrinkled up right at the V nose and over to the curb side; about a 5' square had come loose. I go on our roof all the time and watch for cracks in the sealants and I would have noticed that the seal at the fiberglass nose was cracked if it had happened earlier. I believe the membrane turned loose and billowed up like a convertible top on older cars; the negative air pressure over the nose must have pulled it loose and then it cracked the sealant. We are out of warranty, of course, by about 3 months and have taken it to a locally recommended RV repair place. The man said it would be $500 to pull the membrane back and re-glue it, but it may or may not work. He then suggested that we turn it in to our insurance as wind damage, because that is what it is. National General is now asking that they partially tear it down and take more photos. They think there is water damage, which I disagree with. We have had no leaks, no drips, zero issues with water in this trailer.
I'll keep everyone posted as this goes along.
