Probably. You just need to use a bit of common sense.
If you're in an area where you are way out of level, you may need to disconnect and level the unit for the slides. In other words, try to pick a level place to park overnight.
If you don't need to put out the slides, just park in a reasonably level spot.
When you're set up, disconnect the electric cord so that you're battery doesn't discharge in your truck overnight. It shouldn't happen, but better safe than sorry. We also carry a jump starter for the engine battery because we're overcautious.
We put down chocks as a precaution in case the brakes fail.
If something doesn't feel right as you set up.... don't do it.
